Excher operates exclusively as a front-end interface. We do not hold, control, or process any cryptocurrency funds. All swap transactions are executed by independent third-party liquidity providers. We simply provide a convenient interface for users to interact with these services.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to display transaction status: wallet addresses you provide, transaction amounts, and cryptocurrency types. We do not require account registration, personal identification, or email addresses for standard exchanges.

Third-Party Liquidity Providers

When you initiate an exchange through our interface, your transaction is processed entirely by our third-party liquidity partners. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing their policies as they are responsible for the actual processing of your transactions.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for displaying transaction status through our interface. Wallet addresses are forwarded to liquidity providers to process your exchange. Transaction data is temporarily stored to facilitate order tracking.

Data Retention

We retain minimal transaction reference data for a limited period to provide order status tracking. Our third-party liquidity providers maintain their own data retention policies for the transactions they process.

No Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes, create user profiles, or share information with third parties for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for our interface. However, as we do not custody funds or execute transactions, the security of your actual exchange is determined by our third-party liquidity providers.

Your Rights

You may request information about any reference data we hold related to your transactions. For data held by liquidity providers regarding your actual transactions, please contact them directly.

Limitation of Liability

As we only provide an interface and do not execute transactions, we cannot be held liable for actions, omissions, or policies of third-party liquidity providers. Any disputes regarding transaction execution should be directed to the relevant provider.
