Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

Important: Excher is solely a user interface that connects you to third-party liquidity providers. We do not execute, process, or custody any cryptocurrency swaps or transactions. By using this interface, you acknowledge that all exchanges are performed entirely by independent third-party services, and Excher cannot be held liable for any outcomes of these transactions.

By using Excher, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our interface.

Service Description

Excher provides a user interface that connects users to third-party cryptocurrency exchange liquidity providers. We are strictly an interface layer and do not:

• Execute or process any cryptocurrency swaps or exchanges
• Hold custody of any user funds at any point
• Control or operate the underlying exchange mechanisms
• Guarantee any transaction outcomes or exchange rates
• Have the ability to reverse, modify, or cancel transactions

All actual exchange services are provided by independent third-party liquidity providers who operate their own systems, policies, and procedures.

Third-Party Liquidity Providers

When you use our interface to initiate an exchange, your transaction is handled entirely by our third-party liquidity partners. These providers are independent entities with their own terms of service, privacy policies, and operating procedures. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The liquidity providers are solely responsible for executing your exchange
• Any issues with transaction execution must be resolved with the provider
• Exchange rates, fees, and processing times are determined by the providers
• Excher has no control over provider operations or decisions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use this interface. You confirm you are not located in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of wallet addresses. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed by us or the liquidity providers. You agree to use our interface only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.

Transaction Process

When you initiate an exchange through our interface, you are instructing our third-party liquidity providers to process your transaction. The deposit address provided belongs to the liquidity provider, not to Excher. Rates and amounts are determined by the providers and may vary from estimates displayed.

Fees

Excher does not charge separate fees for using our interface. Any fees associated with your exchange are determined and collected by the third-party liquidity providers and blockchain networks. All fees are displayed as part of the exchange rate before you confirm.

Refunds

As Excher does not execute or custody transactions, we cannot process refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to the relevant third-party liquidity provider. Whether refunds are available depends entirely on the provider's policies and the circumstances of your transaction.

Disclaimer of Liability: EXCHER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR INTERFACE OR FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS PROCESSED BY THIRD-PARTY LIQUIDITY PROVIDERS. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOST FUNDS, INCORRECT TRANSACTIONS, DELAYED TRANSACTIONS, UNFAVORABLE EXCHANGE RATES, PROVIDER INSOLVENCY, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER ISSUES THAT MAY ARISE.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excher and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our interface. This includes any actions or omissions by third-party liquidity providers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid directly to Excher (if any) for use of our interface, or (b) $100 USD.

You acknowledge that Excher merely provides an interface and has no control over the underlying exchange services. Any claims related to transaction execution, funds, or provider conduct must be directed solely to the relevant third-party provider.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Excher and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our interface, your violation of these Terms, or any disputes with third-party liquidity providers.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our interface for illegal activities including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. Violations may result in termination of access and reporting to authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our interface indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
